The EnerGuide for Houses program has been created by the Office of Energy Efficiency Canada to provide concrete evidence as to the energy efficiency of your new home. The EnerGuide rating of your home can translate into annual savings of hundreds of thousands or dollars for you.

We are pleased to offer our homes with an Energuide rating. For home construction, every one point on the EnerGuide scale reduces your home's energy consumption from 3 to 5 percent. Your EnerGuide rating is your proof to the energy efficiency of your home. Think of what you could save by improving your EnerGuide rating by 5 points.
